Itinerary:
Day 1. - Acclimatization trek to Lake Churup (4,485m). We leave Huaraz at 7 a.m. for the village of Pitec. From the village, we ascend for about 3 hours, including some rock scrambling at the top, to reach Churup Lake, a beautiful turquoise lake at the base of  Nevado Churup – Hostal.

Day 2. - Huaraz / Llupa / Pitec / Quebrada Quilcayhuanca / Tambo Nuevo/ Campamento Cayeshpampa (4100m).
Day 3. - Camping at Cayeshpampa (4100m). Lakes Tullpacocha (4300) and Cuchillacocha (4625) Camping at  Cuchilla.
Day 4. - Campamento Cuchillacocha / Pass of Huapi (5020 m.s.n.m.) – Mountain ravine of Cojup.
Today we walk to the lake Cuchillacocha (4625 m) at the bottom of the mountains Pucaranra (6156 m.s.n.m.) and Chinchey (6222 m.s.n.m.).It takes us about 5 hours by walk to pass the highest point at the altitude of 5.020m (Paso Huapi).From the pass we can enjoy the view to the summits of Huapi, Pucaranra, Tullparaju, Andavete, Cayesh, Maparaju, San Juan, Palcaraju, Ishinca and Ranrapalca. We descend until the mountain ravine of Cojup. At this beautiful place we camp – enjoying the summits around us.

Day 5. - Quebrada Cojup – Huaraz – Hostal.
Today we continue descend the mountaine ravine of Cojup until we reach their bottom. From here we can see the entrée of other ravines. After that we arrive at Llupa where we started our trip at the first day. From here we return by bus to Huaraz.
Logistics and preparing the technical gear for the expedition.

Day 6. - Huaraz, day in your own
Day 7. -  Huaraz (3,090m) – Cashapampa (2,900m) - Ichiccocha Lake (3,840m).
Bus ride from Huaraz to the village of Cashapampa (2,900m) at the entrance of Santa Cruz Valley. Here we meet the arriero and donkeys who will help transport the gear from Cashapampa to Ichiccocha Lake.

Day 8. -  Ichiccocha - Jatuncocha Lake - Q. Arhuaycocha - base camp of Alpamayo (4,800m).
From the lake, we climb on a zigzag trail to reach the base camp of Alpamayo.

Day 9. - Base camp of Alpamayo - Morrena - C1 Alpamayo (5,300m).
Climb to the col of Alpamayo and establish high camp (5,300 m).

Day 10. - Day 4.- Col of Alpamayo (5,300m) - Summit (5,947m).
We start before dawn from camp 1 to the base of Rimaya and after passing it, we enter the ice flutes on the Directa Francesa route, which leads to the ridge and finally the summit (5,947m).

Day 11. - Col of Alpamayo - Cb Alpamayo.
Descend to base camp of Alpamayo and establish high camp.


Day 12. - Campo base - LLamacoral - Cashapampa - Caraz - Huaraz - Hostal.
Descend from base camp to Cashapampa, where we a bus will wait and take us back to Huaraz - Hostal.

The trip inclues:
- Transfer hotel – bus terminal
- 03 nights at the hostel at Huaraz (incl. breakfast).
- Mountain guide ( IUAGM) - Speaking english and spanish
- Medicine chest first aid
- Camping equipment (two-men-tent, eating-tent, toilet, matraz and cooking-equipment)
- Cook, specialized in cooking normal and vegetarian meals
- Porters for carrying your personal equipment (15kg pp recommended)
- Private transport Huaraz / Pitec / Huaraz
- Private transport Huaraz / Cashapampa / Huaraz
- Meal during the trip (breakfast, lunch, dinner) –  The meal includes omlette, soups, fresh fruits, avocado, pasta, meat, rice and everything which contains sufficient carbohydrate, which is important for a good fisical health during the trip, hot drinks incl. coca-tea, which is excellent for the altitude. Tea, coffee, popcorn
- Entrance-fee for the National Parque Huascaran
Not included:
- Food costs outside the climb (Lima and Huaraz)
- Flight from country of origin to Lima
- Extra days of lodging due to delays of the trip
- Personal trekking and climbing gear (sleeping bag, sleeping mattress etc..)
- Personal expenses.

Recommended gear:

Lightweight walking shoes/sandals/socks/pants/short pants/T-shirts (long sleeve and short sleeve)/sunglasses/sunscreen/plastic bags/warm sleeping bag /light weight trekking boots/wool socks/light weight treeking pants/waterproof pants and jacket/fleece/Goretex/hat/mits or warm gloves/thermal liners/camera/bandana or hat against sun/headlamp with extra batteries.

Safety Individual gear:

Glacier glasses 100% UV with rigid case (2 pair recommended)/ goggles/ sunscreen with maximum protection/lipbalm/4 season sleeping bag/ sleeping pad or thermarest/hat/thermal underwear/fleece jacket/fleece pants/down jacket/Goretex jacket or similar material/2 pairs of gloves or mittens/ pair of thermal glove liners/2 pairs of thermal sock liners/plastic boots/gaiters.
